The old man in the present is sad because his wife or girlfriend when he was in his 20’s or so died or left him. He loved her very much, and in the past as you can see the garden is blooming with flowers : ) But now, the girl is gone and the old man is trying to make the garden bloom again, and wishes he has a second chance with her… how sweet lol. Then his imagination runs thinking she is here with him… Sadly the imagination didn’t last
